Dashboards and websites for small businesses

Know which work makes you money. And be easy to find and hire.

Huntley Analytics builds two things for independent, local small businesses: clear owner dashboards built on your real numbers, and custom websites you actually own and can change. Fixed price, fixed scope, delivered remotely. No software for your team to learn.

No retainer required. No long-term contract.

Pick the dashboard that fits how you run the business.

Three fixed-price builds, from a focused profit snapshot to your full operating picture. Each one is built on your real numbers — cleaned and reconciled first — so you can trust what you're looking at. You approve the scope and price before any work starts, and every build is delivered remotely with a recorded walkthrough you can rewatch.

A website you own, built to be changed.

Most small-business sites are either a template nobody can edit or a monthly rental you never really own. These are neither: a custom site designed around how your business actually sells, fast and accessible by default, and handed over so you can change the words, prices, and photos yourself without calling anyone. Every build is scoped to the business, so there's no price list here — the three shapes below are the usual starting points, and you get one fixed price for whichever one fits, agreed before any work starts.

One-time build · Starter

Starter Site

One strong page that tells people what you do, why you're worth calling, and exactly how to book you.

  • Single-page custom design — not a stock template
  • Contact or quote form that emails you every lead
  • Mobile-first, fast, and accessible by default
  • Google Business Profile and basic search setup
  • You own the domain, the hosting, and the files

Quoted per projectOne fixed price, agreed up front. Typical delivery: 1–2 weeks.

How it works, start to finish

Everything is remote, whether it's a dashboard, a website, or both. You never install software, host meetings in person, or pull your staff off the phones.

Step 1 — 20 minutes

Fit call

A short video call. You explain how the business runs and what you need — clearer numbers, a site that brings work in, or both. You get a straight answer on what's realistic and a fixed price. If it's not a fit, you'll hear that too.

Step 2 — 1 to 4 weeks

The build

For a dashboard, you provide read-only access or exports from your systems. For a website, you provide your logo, photos, and the basics — or we write them together. Either way you get progress updates by email. Your total time commitment: about one hour.

Step 3 — Handoff

Walkthrough and ownership

A live screen-share walkthrough plus a recorded video for your team. You own everything that gets built — the dashboard, the site, the domain, the files. No lock-in. The monthly plans exist only if you want them.

Works with what you already have: QuickBooks, your point-of-sale, your CRM or booking app, whatever shop or field software you run, spreadsheets, or whatever combination your office actually uses. Messy data is normal. That's the job.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to buy or install new software?

No. The dashboard is built on top of the systems you already run. You and your team view it in a web browser. Nothing gets installed on your computers and nothing changes about how your team works day to day.

Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?

It's expected. Most small businesses run on some mix of QuickBooks, a point-of-sale or booking app, and spreadsheets that don't agree with each other. Cleaning that up and making the numbers trustworthy is most of the work, and it's included in the fixed price.

How much of my time does this take?

About one hour total: a 20-minute fit call, a few quick emails during the build, and a 30-minute handoff walkthrough. The build happens around your schedule, not in your office.

What access do you need?

For a dashboard: read-only access or exported reports from your accounting and operations systems. For a website: your domain registrar login, or none at all if you'd rather make the DNS change yourself. Nothing gets changed without telling you first, and access can be revoked the day the project ends.

Do I actually own the website?

Yes. The domain stays in your name, the code and content are handed to you, and the site keeps working whether or not you ever hire me again. There is no proprietary builder you'd be renting and no license to keep paying for.

What does a website cost?

It depends on how much site you need, which is why there's no price list. You get one fixed price on the fit call, before any work starts — not an hourly rate and not a number that moves later. A single-page site and a booking-and-payments build are very different jobs, and quoting them the same would mean overcharging one of them.

Can I change the website myself later?

That's the point of building it this way. Copy, prices, photos, hours, and service lists are all editable without touching code, and the handoff walkthrough shows you exactly how. If you'd rather not, the Website Care Plan covers changes on request.

Can I get the dashboard and the website together?

Yes, and it's a common request. Pick Both on the form and the fit call covers both. They're quoted as one project with one timeline, and the site's contact form can feed straight into the lead-source numbers your dashboard reports on.

Am I locked into anything?

No. Every build is a one-time fixed price and you own the result. The monthly plans are optional, month to month, and cancelable anytime. If you cancel, your dashboard and your site keep working.

What if it turns out my data can't support this?

You'll hear that on the fit call, for free, along with what would need to change first. No project gets quoted unless the numbers will actually hold up.

Get clearer numbers, a better website, or both — within a month

Send the form below or book directly. Either way, you'll leave the fit call with a straight answer on what's possible and a fixed price, whether or not we work together.

You'll get a reply within one business day. No mailing list, no follow-up sequence.
