Huntley Analytics is a consulting business based in Urbandale, Iowa, operated by a single owner. This policy describes exactly what this website collects and what happens to it. The short version: the site collects what you type into the contact form, standard server logs, the minimum cookies needed for the form to work securely, and anonymous, cookieless visit measurements. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
What this site collects
Contact form submissions. If you submit the fit-call form, the site stores the information you entered: your name, company, trade, email, optional phone number, and your optional note about what you'd like to see in your numbers, along with the date and time of the submission and your browser's user-agent string. A copy is also sent by email to the owner so the request can be answered.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, the server keeps standard logs of requests (IP address, page requested, time, and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are not used to profile visitors.
Cookies. The site sets only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery and to redisplay your entries if the form has an error. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no tracking pixels.
Analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It is privacy-first and cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not use any persistent identifier, and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you. Because it stores nothing on your device, no consent banner is required. To provide it, a small Cloudflare script loads on each page and sends anonymous, aggregated measurements to Cloudflare. How the information is used
Form submissions are used for one purpose: replying to you about a fit call and, if we end up working together, running that engagement. You will not be added to a mailing list, and your information will not be used for advertising.
What is never done with your information
Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties. It is not used to train any model or build any marketing audience. The only systems that touch it are the web host that runs this site and the email provider that delivers the notification.
How your information is protected
This site runs only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. The contact form is protected against cross-site request forgery, and session cookies are marked HttpOnly and Secure. The only third-party script the site loads is the cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon described above; it carries no advertising or cross-site tracking code. Access to submitted information is limited to the owner and the web host and email provider needed to run the site.
How long it is kept
Form submissions are kept as long as they are useful for responding to your inquiry or running an engagement, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Server logs rotate on the hosting provider's standard schedule.
Requesting deletion
To see or delete any information you submitted, email huntleyanalytics@gmail.com from the address you used on the form. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes (for example, ever adding analytics) would be disclosed prominently.
